Brief

As Malaysia decided to cook more at home, KFC had difficulty is sustaining its growth as a delivery brand. How could KFC grow its delivery business?

Solution

We realised that people were looking at their kitchens to provide a sense of fulfilment. Our premise was simple: Encourage Malaysians to order KFC Delivery by showing them how to use their KFC favourites more creatively through simple-to-make recipes for the family, and menu hacks for teens & young adults. Enter KEPCI KITCHEN, where we turned Malaysian Kitchens into KFC Kitchens, built digital cook-books, helped Instagram chefs display creativity, and in the process became much more popular as a delivery brand!
