An advertising creative who’s been around the block, David joined Grey Group Kuala Lumpur as Group Executive Creative Director in 2008. Prior to joining Grey Group KL, he was Executive Creative Director for Y&R Shanghai and Creative Director at BBDO Malaysia.
David has worked on a wide range of clients from fast food, finance to mobile phone providers such as Pizza Hut, Guinness, Pepsi, Panadol, Nippon Paint, Olympus cameras, HSBC, Maxis Hotlink to name a few. David has won well over 100 local and international advertising awards, most notably, The Malaysian Golden Kancil, Cannes Lions (09 Silvers and Bronzes), One Show Gold, D&AD, The Work (Australia), London International, Media Asian Advertising Awards, Adfest.
He has served jury duty for the Malaysian Kancil awards, Malaysian Direct Marketing Awards,?New York Festival and London International Awards.
A firm believer in integration, he looks after the creative output for the 3 business units of Grey Group Kuala Lumpur ie: Grey Worldwide and G2 Digital and G2 Activation. The client list includes AXA Regional, GSK Consumer, GSK Pharma Regional, Guinness Anchor Berhad, Maybank, Amex, Sara Lee, P&G, Shell.
