A RADICAL CHANGE

We ditched the Best of Show. And created 10 category Golden Kancils.

The Best of Show Golden Kancil is no more. Having served its purpose for so many years, we’ve dropped the overall Best of Show. In its place, we’ve introduced 10 category Best of Show Golden Kancils. The change emulates Cannes and other major awards. In keeping with the times, we’re rewarding the best work in each distinct category and discipline.

The 10 category Golden Kancils will be selected from the best of the following categories:

- The entry deadline this year is on the 4th September 2009.
- Late Entries will be charged with a fee of RM400 per-entry.
- Every entry submitted will be awarded 20 BOOMERANG points.
