An invitation to the launch of VW's fastest Golf yet – the R32. Users received an email in their inbox, inviting them to Volkswagen Malaysia's “fastest launch.” Upon clicking the link contained in the email, users were transported to a mini-site that contained their own personalized invitation. The site was powered by a very simple PHP backend that extracted the user's name from their email address and thereby completed the personalization process.
